Comparing laboratory equipments is complicated by the fact that it is sometimes difficult to collect and compare specifications from different manufacturers and suppliers. In 2010 and 2011, we had to gather specifications to elaborate a “Request for quotation” for various scientific laboratory equipments, where the funds came from a CFI grant.
