You will learn to choose appropriate distance metrics and transformations for clustering, unconstrained ordinations, and to perform Principal Component Analysis, Correspondence Analysis, Principal Coordinate Analysis and Nonmetric MultiDimensional Scaling, to find patterns in your community composition data!
