The aim of this 3 day QCBS workshop will be to learn the standard bioinformatics tools needed in eDNA metabarcoding projects. The wokshop will be led by an invited speaker - Benjamin Callahan, professor at the North Carolina State University (https://callahanlab.cvm.ncsu.edu/), and focus on the DADA2 (https://benjjneb.github.io/dada2/index.html) and Phyloseq (https://joey711.github.io/phyloseq/) R packages.
